NOTD; Lovely lens Contact lenses

It's going to be a while before I will be posting up any EOTD in good lighting. I'm starting work tomorrow and I'm nervous as hell. Its not excitement but pure nerves.

So with my last remaining hours slowly ticking away, I will be doing two short reviews and a NOTD

Impulse buy at the afternoon market in Straits Quay. It's a little like my Anna Sui's loose powder box. I thought it'll make a nice dressing table decor.

Out of curiosity but partly because I noted this was one of the cheapest make up removers in Watson, I decided to try it out. I compared it between our usual ZA oil make up remover and Biore but this one was cheaper and had more ml.

Of course, me being me, missed out the word, WATER. Perfect Cleansing WATER. Had a mini panic attack but done is done.

It takes me about two pumps to fully remove all make up. Using ZA or Biore only takes me half or one pump. So while it might be cheaper, this will be finishing faster.

What I like about it is the feeling of our skin being really clean after using the cleansing water. There is no oily residue or the feeling of anything on our skin. It also cleans pretty well for a 'water' type of remover (surprisingly)

Beware of the liquid getting in your eyes though. It's potent enough to render you to your knees while screaming, 'MY EYES, MY EYES! OH GOD, my eyes!' Yes, it's that good.

A while back, Sir Stingy and I went to the Tuesday night market at the Tanjung Bungah Market and while browsing around saw that they sold contact lenses. Instint and common sense tells us to buy it from a proper shop and not some dodgy night market.

Of course, I lack the usual common sense and bowed to temptation. Different stalls sells it at a different price but it's all the same thing. I bought mine at RM20. I didn't buy these for long term usage but mostly for EOTD and FOTD so I'm hoping they'll be okay.

I didn't dare to wear it till I did some research. The sellers all assure me it was made in Korea. Hah! That's exactly what they said about the fake MAC cosmetics as well. That it is made in Korea under license. Righto, I may occasionally lack common sense and lapse in good judgment but I do have an IQ higher than 20.

It would seem that where ever it came from, it was re-packed in Malaysia. I bought the lenses in gray but it's more black than gray. I forgot to check the diameter of the lenses and it was a 16.oMM. I don't have big eyes but at 16.0MM, it's enough to make me look Junon-ish in real life. My usual ones are only 13.8MM

NOTD -

Making use of the Konad I purchased. Trying out different colour combination to see what works and what doesn't.

Elianto Egg
Elianto White
Elianto Top coat
Stage cosmetics base coat
Konad plate in M73

Your NOTD reminds me of pretty lace. =D I think if you wear the lenses just for EOTDs and FOTDs, it should be fine. Like you said, long term use may not be the best idea. Love your new powder box! I think I've only tried cleansing water once. D'oh!

I hate it when eye makeup remover stings. ~_~ It's really uncomfortable and is kind of dumb! Eye makeup remover should be safe for the eyes too!!! :/

The lenses look pretty nice! 16MM is kind of fun to wear. :) Repackaged is okay I think. As long as they did not tamper with the actual lenses, it should be okay.

&& the nails are still very pretty! :)

Another stunning NOTD. Love how great the nude goes with the white! The lens looks beautiful on you. It looks almost blue. One of the subtler circle lens shades I've seen.

Ciaooo Bella!!! Haha! THANK YOU so much for your sweet comment!!
I’m constantly experimenting and creating new pieces. Sometimes it works, sometimes it belongs in the trash can haha.

You know, I’ve never been to a real dress up party! I’d love to go to one in the future! Here only the small kids go trick or treating…I wish I could go too hahaha

You got a lecture about your costume?! How odd is that! I bet he was just jealous!!! You must have looked very pretty :D

Enjoy your day Bella Xoxoxoxoxoxo
